Personal data that you share with VODW for the purpose of a job application is only transparent for staff members who are involved in the job application process. If you are rejected as an applicant, the data relating to the application will be destroyed at the latest four weeks after the end of the procedure. In some cases, we may ask for your permission to extend the retention period for this data by up to 12 months.
If you are accepted by VODW, your personal data will be kept for the duration of the employment, extended by the statutory retention periods. If you are placed as an applicant with a VODW client, your personal data will be stored until 4 weeks after the end of the assignment; with your permission, the storage period of your personal data may be extended by 12 months.
We pass on the data provided by you to third parties if this is necessary for our business operations or if this is necessary for the provision of requested services. When we provide your data to a third party, we ensure (e.g. with a contract) that your data will not be used for other purposes. We also agree with the third party that your data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required.
Furthermore, we will not provide the information you provide to other parties, unless required or permitted by law.
We handle your data with care. We have taken technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss or unlawful processing. Think of measures to use our website and IT systems safely and to prevent abuse. Your data is transmitted via secure connections over the internet and in certified data centres and on VODW servers.
